Used to eat cream of chicken soup (canned, mixed with milk) all the time before keto. Now I can make your recipe with cream! Thanks for sharing!

That is an amazing looking soup! I've been looking for a new recipe.  In the US cream of chicken soup is a base for a LOT of other recipies. It's everywhere.

This soup is incredible.  I just shredded some spinach instead of celery. Used leftover turkey. Nice bite with the cayenne!! Horns up - head bangin like Beavis and Butthead!!

just want to say -- i think this is my first time commenting because i don't generally log in / comment -- i LOVE your channel, your style of cooking, your entire shtick! (i use that word in a good way :-)) the other day when you asked "should i make less recipe videos?" i wanted to yell -- NOOOO, MOAR RECIPE VIDEOS PLEASE!!!! (lol, i guess i'm yelling it now :-) i started watching you just a few weeks ago, and i'm so worried that i'm going to run out of old videos of yours to watch at some point (i definiltely will because i binge on them, ha!) so yeah -- please make as many recipe videos as you want! you're  IMO the BEST keto-er on youtube, hands down. i'm glad you've hit 100k subs but i think you should have MANY more subs.  much love to you from the SF bay area!

I grew up eating cream of chicken soup in Philadelphia, USA.  I was overjoyed working in Chicago.  I was told it is a staple in Chicago on Sunday.  I love it with chicken croquettes. Definitely NOT KETO,but SOOOOOOO GOOD

As an American in New England, we add carrots and parsley. There's rarely caynne pepper but I like heat and it looks so good this way.

In the US we have all kinds of cream of soups, chicken, celery, onion, mushroom. They come condensed in a can. Most people use them as an ingredient in a recipe. that's the only way I have seen them used. They are mostly used in casseroles or as part of the liquid for cooking meat.

Just made this tonight and it is AWESOME!! Next time I am going to add some roasted green chili for a little extra zing, but it is fantastic just the way it is! Thank you!!

as others have mentioned, "cream of" soups are mostly known for being a canned item here in the US nowadays. i think back in the day (say, early- to mid-20th century, maybe before too but definitely then because i've seen menus) it was a thing you would see on restaurant menus and could order. (and probably before campbell canned soups became so huge, probably also something people made at home at least sometimes - though, i think pre-canned soup, a "cream" soup was probably mainly eaten by wealthier folks). but once menus started getting "modernized" in the 60s i think it's one of those more old-fashioned foods that disappeared from menus. and most people just can't be bothered to make them from scratch at home. i've always loved "cream of" soups though and i remember one of the first things i tried to cook as a kid was cream of mushroom soup.
