whatever you like and I got some Jalapenos in there and we got some cheese and a little thing of guacamole here just real convenient but it says nothing but the spirit of avocado real quick and easy it is to put in about O2 oz of raw spinach in here that's close enough and then I'm going to go ahead and put in butt 6 oz of the the ground beef that's a little difficult to do here with a camera and all hey we got a little bit more but I'm just kind of compensating for something jalapeno
that might have fell in and we're going to go and put in one serving of some cheese which is 28 Oz or 28 grams I'm sorry that's a little bit more whatever as long as your mattress fit in this is actually a meal that I'm going to eat post-workout so it's all good all right and we'll be right back alright everybody this is the finished product to put in the microwave for about 2 minutes when it is going to go into saastr this around little bit and actually let me grab some sauce here
