this really simple recipe it's super delicious we are making a lemon and butter
chicken in a skillet and it still goes in the oven so it's pretty easy for the
entire family and easy cleanup we have a 4 at chicken thighs here skin on and
bone in it that makes for the juiciest fattiest chicken in my personal opinion
we've had them dry so you know they might come out of the package a little wet
so just Pat them dry you want them dry cuz and that makes them also very crispy
and we're just going to Salt and Pepper these perfect and then the Stars

all you really need keep it simple and we also have the oven preheating to 350
degrees and I have a large cast iron skillet on the stove right now heating
over medium heat to the skillet you're going to want to add 3 to 4 tablespoons
of butter and let that meltdown okay now that the butter is melted in the
skills fully heated we are going to places in the skillet skin side down that's
crucial cuz you want to get a nice crispy skin before you flip it over and you
definitely want a skillet large enough to fit all four size this is a 12-inch

give this a try this cuz I want some of this delicious sauce Steve Cook through
that's perfect that was 25 minutes did the job okay well so the lemon and juice
is super subtle if you like a really intense lemon Flavour

maybe like spritzing a lemon juice right on top after even comes out of the
oven that'll be a lot more flavor but it's buttery it's juicy you get the
garlic and then the lemon flavor comes through in your mouth and it just
circulate the super delicious even some lemon zest would make this even richer
make this tonight I mean it's simple it's delicious the entire family is going
to love it and you could serve it over some cauliflower rice I can be a great
option or serve it with a side of roasted zucchini broccoli and put some of
