Healthy Meatloaf recipe that is wicked delicious. Guys This meatloaf recipe is packed with amazing flavors. The meatloaf is packed with vegetables to keep it healthy, and above all, i used very lean meat and many other healthy ingredients. INGREDIENTS 
1 and 1/2  Lb 93% lean ground beef 
1 Tbs olive oil 
1 medium onion 
3 cloves garlic 
2 meduim red bell peppers (finely minced)
4 stalks celery (finely minced)
1 cup finely minced carrots 
3 TBS freshly chopped thyme 
salt and pepper to taste 
3 Slices whole wheat bread 
1/2 cup plus 2Tbs  low fat milk 
1 large egg 
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3 TBS freshly chopped parsley 
3/4 cup Ketchup 
2 TBS Molasses 
3 TBS Tomato paste

Hi guys welcome basket are my Claudia today we're making this super healthy meatloaf that is so moist and delicious you guys you will not even think is that healthy felt like I started okay guys we're starting with some oil heated over medium heat into that we're adding maze onions sauteed the onions until they turn translucent then we're adding some garlic we're going to take the garlic for about a minute until it begins to get fragrant then we're adding some finely chopped vegetables

so I have some red bell peppers carrots and celery going in to keep your meatloaf flavorful and healthy I also added some freshly chopped Thyme and season with salt and pepper and cook these for about 3 minutes to let their beautiful flavors come together then we're going to set aside to cool completely next it's time to assemble the meatloaf so in my bowl I have some whole grain bread using actual bread instead of breadcrumbs

will make you a meatloaf so moist you guys inside a bread we're adding low-fat milk allow the bread to soak the milk and fit for 3 minutes to get really soggy why is the British adding an egg and to keep the meatloaf healthy I'm adding 93% lean ground beef then add your vegetables and products no flavor we're adding garlic and onion powder and some freshly chopped parsley last season with salt and pepper to taste then we're going to mix everything together once everything is very well makes ain't waiting to throw the mixture into a baking pan and shape it into a beautiful love just like that

next begin to set this aside and make a delicious topping for it in my bowl I have some ketchup into that I'm adding some molasses if you don't have molasses you can use honey we're also adding some tomato paste then makes everything together go ahead and pour the mixture over your meatloaf and spread it all over the top just like that then we're going to bake this in a 350 Fahrenheit oven for an hour and I will show you what it looks like when it's done here it is fresh out of the oven super super flavorful you guys the flavor is insane it is so moist Wicked delicious and healthy if you guys won the ingredients and measurements check out a description box I have everything there

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion diced small (about 1/2 cup)

3/4 cup quick oats
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar
