This Chicken Noodle Soup Is Easy
Every time I start to think about this soup, I want to make it. Classic chicken noodle soup is pure comfort food. Thankfully, our recipe is so easy, you can even make it tonight!

Chicken noodle soup is one of the easiest soups to make. The ingredients are simple and inexpensive. You are looking at about 40 minutes from start to finish for this soup. Not too bad, especially when 20 minutes of that time is hands-off!

We’ve made chicken soup for years and have tried it various ways. We’ve even started from a whole chicken before. I’ll take a bowl of satisfying chicken soup any day, but this version is the one we circle back to. It’s straight-forward and quick to make.

and today we're making classic chicken noodle soup it is loaded with juicy chicken and tender noodles this is so easy good for you in a true comfort food and it's the family favorite start by pouring 10 cups of water in 4 cups of chicken broth into a large Soup pot at a tablespoon of sea salt then bring it to a boil over medium-high heat and add four chicken thighs partially cover and keep it at a low boil for 20 minutes while you prep the rest of your ingredients peel and thinly sliced two large or three medium carrots

and set them aside now finally chop to medium celery sticks and I like to finely chop them because I don't love the texture of celery but I do love the flavor that it adds to the soup also finely chop one whole medium onion and it seems like a lot of onion now but don't worry it shrinks down and disappears into the soup and if you have some great tips on chopping onions without the tears let me know in a comment below and tried some things but I just think my eyeballs don't like the onions nail

place a large pan over medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the chopped onions and celery sautee stirring frequently for 5 to 8 minutes or until the onions are golden transfer your sauteed veggies to The Soup pot along with your sliced carrots now add 6 to 8 oz of spiral pasta depending on how hard do you want your soup to me and cook for 15 minutes at a low boil or until the pasta reaches your desired doneness while the pasta is cooking remove the chicken thighs and use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-size pieces

discard any fat or bones transfer the shredded chicken back to the pot when the pasta just about done cooking season the soup with one teaspoon of mrs. Dash or your favorite salt-free seasoning then add one large pressed garlic clove 3 tablespoons of fresh dill and more salt to taste if needed simmer for another minute then turn off the heat we are done and that was so easy this is one of my go to 6 because it comes together so quick and everybody in my family loves this and look at just how loaded and Hearty this is it has so much chicken in it and I personally love over cooking the noodles so they're like big and plump and my kids love it too but you don't have to overcook yours if you don't want to mess up right away because I cannot wait oh my goodness this is old-school

comfort food chicken noodle soup all right going in for the taste test I cannot wait was one of my all-time favorite soup or a little bit of everything this is so hardy and loaded so good such a comforting food seriously I can eat this 3 times a day I love the plump and noodles and every bite and the chicken is just fall apart tender and so juicy and using chicken thighs gives it some really good flavors I'd say that's the secret to making the soup completely amazing yum yum I cannot wait to enjoy the rest of this was for dinner dinner you guys enjoy this recipe give me a buffalo make sure to subscribe to our Channel and thanks for watching before you go we love soup recipes around here because they keep in the fridge really well which makes my job easier if you want more soup recipes that you are family will love check out some of our favorites right over here
