I love cream chipped beef on toast with some eggs on the side. Yum!

The beef in the jar is too salty for me. I used the Buddig beef in the pack, it's in the lunch meat refrigerated section in the grocery store.

1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups water
4.5 ounces dried beef I buy it in a jar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
